Paula Wilmot joined the Dean of Students Office in 2017. She previously worked at UConn in the Honors Program where she served for seven years as Assistant Director of Honors Learning Communities and Programs working closely with student organizations, co-curricular learning initiatives, and students in crisis. Prior to that, Paula has held the titles of Director of Co-Curricular Education and Programming, Career Counselor, Associate Director for Student Life, Residential Operations Coordinator and Residence Hall Director. Paula enjoys working with students and colleagues to support student success. She has a BA in English from the University of Connecticut and an MS in Education from Southern Illinois University. Paula also holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
