Dave was hired as an Assistant Dean of Students in June 2024. After having worked in the office as a Program Coordinator since 2019, he is thrilled to support all undergraduate students with general support while also having a focus on off-campus students. Dave has an MA in Conflict Resolution from UMass, Boston and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Colorado. He has years of work experience with alternative dispute resolution, facilitation, training, and social justice work. Dave’s other Higher Ed work experience was as the Assistant Director of Conflict Resolution at Colorado State University helping students navigate disputes through conflict coaching, restorative justice, and mediation while teaching leadership education.
